EXCHANGE ONLY 

We offer a 100% guarantee on ready made garments that you have ordered that we are happy to exchange them, provided that they are returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed with all tags intact.
This Guarantee does NOT apply to special orders Sale or made to measure requests.
Any garments returned worn or without tags intact will not be accepted for exchange.

Please Note: Our Returns Address is not our Studio address. All returns must be set to our alternative returns address above.
Should you request replacements for returned items,you will not be charged again for delivery. Express delivery of replacement items may be requested at the time of return provided we have item in stock and the difference will be charged to your card.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a new size please email us at [email protected] , the item details and the new size details and we will action this upon receipt of the unsuitable item. To exchange an item for a different style please inform us of style and size etc via email. Please note if we do not have this item in stock it may take up to 10 days for your new purchase to be delivered to you.

Transit

Please ensure when returning an item for exchange that the item is wrapped in the original packaging. we also ask you to use a reliable form of postage, preferably signed for as any items lost in postage process will not be insured by ourselves. We cannot take responsibility for items lost without a proof of delivery, and the item is your responsibility until it reaches ourselves.
The cost of returning the item to us is also your responsibility.

Return of faulty goods

If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, you should return the goods to us together with a note explaining what you believe is the problem within 7 days. When we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you immediately to arrange an exchange.
Any items with a manufactures imperfection fault which has occurred within one month of purchase due to wear and tear no exchange will be offered. Where possible we will offer to have the item fixed.
