If your item is In-stock it will be sent out with Evri and you with receive within 1-2 working days.

If delivery time is less or we have the stock available it will be in the product description.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday will usually be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 2pm will be sent out the next working day.

All our garments are sent using Evri Next Day or Royal Mail special delivery, so that they will should reach you the next working day.

If you purchase an in stock item it can be exchanged within 14 days of purchasing. We also offer free alterations on ALL of our outfits to ensure you have the perfect fit and therefore there are no refunds.

If you require a garment to be changed for another size or style, please let us know by email and we will process this once we have received your original purchase.

Should the item be returned to us with tags intact but with even the slightest of stains or odours due to trying on, we will return the item back to you as it is no longer able to be resold.
