How long is delivery
Most of our garments are made to order and can take up-to 7 -10 working days to be made + delivery time when they are ready to post. If you require your item sooner please email us and we will try our best to get to you in-time.
If delivery time is less or we have the stock available it will be in the product description.

All our orders are sent using Evri or Royal Mail, so they usually reach you within 1-2 working days from when they are ready to post.

ITEMS IN STOCK & READY TO SEND
Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday will usually be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 2pm will be sent out the next working day.
All our garments are sent using Evri Next Day or Royal Mail special delivery, so that they will should reach you the next working day.

EXCHANGE ONLY
Please note, we DO NOT offer refunds, we only offer STORE CREDIT for returned items.
If you purchase an in stock item it can be exchanged within 14 days of purchasing. We also offer free alterations on ALL of our outfits to ensure you have the perfect fit and therefore there are no refunds.
You need to set up an account to access your store credit.
If you require a garment to be changed for another size or style, please let us know by email and we will process this once we have received your original purchase.
Should the item be returned to us with tags intact but with even the slightest of stains or odours due to trying on, we will return the item back to you as it is no longer able to be resold.
