Flat-Rate - £5.00

All our orders are sent using Evri, so they usually reach you within 1-2 working days from when they are ready to post.

Ireland Delivery - £15.00 Standard. £25.00 Express

EU Delivery - £25.00

International Delivery - £35.00

Please note that international orders may take longer to reach you depending on postal services available.

ITEMS IN STOCK & READY TO SEND

Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday will usually be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 2pm will be sent out the next working day.

All our garments are sent using Evri Next Day, so that should reach you the next working day.

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

Some our garments are made to order and can take upto 7-10 working days to be made + delivery time when they are ready to post. If you require your item sooner please email us and we will try our best to get to you in-time.

Customs & Import Duties

European Union (EU)

VAT and duties are the customer’s responsibility, and will be collected by the carrier prior to delivery.

Rest of World

Customs and taxes are paid by the customer. Charges vary by destination and are determined by your local customs authority.

USA Customers

Customs charges are currently higher, ranging from 30–40% of the order value, plus administration fees. These are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before delivery.

Unpaid Duties & Returned Parcels

If customs fees or import duties are not paid by the customer and the parcel is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and any return or handling fees incurredduring the return process.

Returns Policy

RETURNS

IN STOCK READY TO SEND

We offer refunds on IN STOCK items only, that are unworn, in the original packaging and returned within 14 DAYS of you receiving the item.

• Items must be returned, unworn with tags intact, any slight stains or odours due to trying on, we be will returned to you as it's no longer able to be resold.

• If you return your item within the 14 days, we are willing to refund your order amount or exchange your product for another one( If this is what you prefer).

• Sale items, custom, or made-to-order garments are strictly non-refundable.

MADE TO ORDER

We offer exchange only or store credit for standard-size Made to Order garments.

• Items must be returned within 14 DAYS of delivery.

• If you provide your measurements and the garment is made specifically for you, it becomes non-returnable, but we will offer free alterations within 14 days of receipt.

Return costs are covered by the purchaser. We are not responsible to cover any postage costs and we ask that you always make sure to track your returned parcel.
